The lilac hedge just next to our home is blooming, and this morning (early to catch that soft and wonderful first light of the day), I set up a tea scene by the lilacs. The evening before I had picked a few flowers to put in vases, and all the props were ready to take outside. The weather forecast promised a lovely sunrise, and so I knew what to capture. On a holiday last week I had purchased some new props. Tea mugs, tea towels and a bread basket. The middel sized vase was a present from our neighbours, when we moved in a few months ago. I though that was a fitting vase to use, because we all get to enjoy the lilacs.
