Some years ago Mr Jensen and and I stayed a the most wonderful inn. Surrounded by lakes and hills the scenic landscapes of Dollerup Bakker is the perfect location for Niels Bugges Kro.
Before dinner we had a gin and elderflower drink. And each year since, I have make elderflower sirup, because that was one of the best gin drinks I have ever had.
The drink recipe is:
Gin own choice
Sparkeling water
Elderflower sirup
Mint leaves
Crushed ice if you wish
